Cowboy Cut Bacon

Our uncured cowboy cut bacon has no added nitrates except those naturally occurring in celery salt. The pork bellies are injected with a special brine formula. We don’t cut our slices perfectly, because with a flavor this good, you don’t need perfect slices. Pan fry our bacon for a tasty snack, and sandwich or salad topper.

  • One 16 oz. package of non-perfect slices
  • Uncured bacon (no added nitrites/nitrates, except those that natural occur in celery salt).
  • 100% Berkwood Farms Berkshire pork.
  • No MSGs, artificial ingredients or preservatives. Gluten free.
  • No added hormones or growth promotants used, EVER.
  • Great for camping, snacking, salads, anything you don’t need perfect slices for.
  • Made with our signature uncured brine formula.
  • Slow smoked over applewood to enhance the flavor.
  • Hand inspected for meat quality.

Note: Consuming raw or undercooked pork may increase your risk of foodborne illness.
